Do I have to fast before the blood test?
It depends on the test: many require between 8 and 12 hours of fasting, but others don’t. When you book, we tell you exactly how to prepare (fasting, medication, hydration) so the sample comes out right first time.
Where is my sample analysed?
The nurse draws the sample at your home and it travels, with the right transport and preservation, to our partner laboratory. You don’t have to go anywhere or queue on an empty stomach.
When do I get the results?
Depending on the profile, usually within a few days. You receive them in digital format, ready to share with your doctor, and we help you understand what they look at.
Which blood tests can you do at home?
From a full check-up panel to specific profiles: lipid (heart), hormonal, thyroid, iron levels, vitamins, liver and kidney function, among others. Tell us what you’re looking for or what your doctor has requested and we’ll advise you.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
For some determinations yes, and for a general check-up not always. If your doctor has requested a specific test, we follow their order; and if you want a check-up on your own initiative, we guide you on what makes sense to measure. We clarify it beforehand, no obligation.
How much does a blood test at home cost?
It depends on the profile and your area; we give you a fixed price before the visit, with the sample collection, travel and lab processing included. The prior WhatsApp consultation is free.
Do you speak English?
Yes — you can book your blood test, prepare for it and receive your results entirely in English, from the first WhatsApp message to the follow-up afterwards.
