Fertility treatment support at home in Madrid
Your cycle, right on time. You, on what matters
Your IVF medication, at the exact time your clinic sets. Leave the injections in good hands.
A lighter cycle
You’re already carrying enough, leave the injections in good hands
A cycle means weeks of daily medication at a fixed time, with your head already full of scans and waiting. The hard moment of injecting yourself every night is the one part you can delegate.
- 01
Every dose, at the scheduled time
Your nurse arrives at the time your clinic sets, even if it falls in the middle of Sunday or close to midnight. Every day of the cycle, down to the last one.
- 02
The same nurse all cycle
She knows your protocol, your clinic and how your week is going, so you never have to explain it all again. And the day’s dose? She remembers it for you.
- 03
One worry less
Nobody asks you to play nurse every night on top of everything else. That moment is in expert hands, and you can get on with looking after yourself — which is quite enough.
What we cover in your cycle
From the first injection to the two-week wait, you’re not alone
From daily stimulation to support after the transfer, we follow your protocol to the letter, with every adjustment your clinic makes.
- 01
Daily stimulation
Your everyday medication — Gonal, Menopur, antagonists — administered at home, at the scheduled time, with the injection sites properly rotated.
8-12 days · fixed time - 02
The trigger shot
The maturation injection goes in at the EXACT time, even if that means 11:30 pm. That night, the punctuality is on us.
Exact time · at night too - 03
Progesterone support
The stretch that follows the transfer, with its schedule and its nerves. We stay with you for as long as you need us.
After the transfer - 04
Monitoring blood tests
The cycle’s blood draws, at your home first thing in the morning, coordinated with your clinic’s timings.
No extra early starts - 05
Learning to self-inject
Prefer to do it yourself? We teach you calmly the first few times, until you do it with confidence. No rushing.
1-to-1 training - 06
Accompaniment
If you need it, we go with you to the retrieval or the transfer: a professional by your side reassures more than any leaflet.
On request
Before you start, our nurse’s guide to IVF injections at home (in Spanish) covers the calendar, the fridge, the bruises and the emotional side nobody mentions. And if you’re travelling to Madrid for your cycle, there’s a page written just for you — booking before you fly, hotels and rentals, the trigger night.
Why it matters so much
In fertility, nine o’clock sharp is not nine-ish
The cycle’s doses work in time windows and the trigger injection is scheduled to the minute. The time your clinic says is the time your doorbell will ring, that final night included.
- A daily visit at the scheduled time, with a minimal courtesy margin
- The trigger injection, to the minute — in the small hours too
- Dose and timing changes applied the same day as your check-up
- Your nurse available on WhatsApp between visits

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about fertility support
And for your specific protocol, forward us your clinic’s schedule — we’ll talk it through, no obligation.
Can you come every day at the time my clinic sets?
Yes, that is exactly the service: the same nurse comes daily at the scheduled time — weekends and holidays included, because cycles don’t take days off — and adapts whenever your clinic adjusts the dose or the timing after each check-up.
Who provides the treatment medication?
You do, with your clinic’s prescription; we administer it, keep track of the calendar and help you with storage (part of it goes in the fridge, between 2 and 8 °C). Before each visit we confirm the day’s dose is ready.
Do you coordinate with my fertility clinic?
Yes: we follow your clinic’s exact protocol and the adjustments it makes after each scan or blood test. You forward us the updated schedule and we carry it out to the letter — in fact, some Madrid clinics refer patients to us directly.
My partner was going to do my injections but can’t face it — is that common?
Extremely common, and it says nothing bad about anyone: injecting someone you love is daunting. We can take on the whole schedule, only the medications that inspire most respect, or teach you both calmly until you feel confident. What matters is deciding early and living the cycle in peace.
How much does fertility support at home cost?
It depends on the days of your schedule and your area; we give you a fixed price for the full cycle or per visit, with no surprises. Send us your protocol on WhatsApp and we’ll prepare the proposal the same day.
What if I hit a low point mid-cycle?
Tell us: accompanying you is part of the job, and the person who gives you your injection every morning understands what you’re going through. For specialised psychological support we’ll point you towards fertility professionals — asking for it is as sensible as asking for a blood test.
