Injections at home in Madrid
Your daily injection, no longer your job
B12, heparin, hormones… at your time and in your home. You only provide the medication.
Why at home
Your injection plan, without it taking over your life
The travelling, the queues and — if the injecting falls to you — the bad moment of doing it yourself turn your treatment into an exhausting routine. At home, it's opening the door and leaving it in professional hands.
- 01
Your treatment, at your time
No more organising the whole day around one appointment. Your nurse arrives when you agree — evenings, weekends and holidays included.
- 02
Far from the waiting room
When your body is at its weakest, your home is the safest place — no crowds or viruses circling just when it suits you least.
- 03
The same nurse who knows your plan
For long courses, the same nurse comes whenever possible. She knows your veins and your schedule, and reminds you of the next dose.
The three routes
Intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous, your prescription decides
The route is set by your prescription, not chosen by you. We administer it with the technique each one calls for.
- 01
Intramuscular
The classic "in the glute or the shoulder" one: B12, penicillins, corticosteroids and a good share of prescribed treatments.
B12 · corticosteroids - 02
Subcutaneous
Under the skin, with a short needle: heparins, fertility hormones, insulins or biologic treatments.
Heparin · hormones - 03
Intravenous
Medication or IV fluids straight into a vein, always with a prescription and the monitoring it requires.
Always monitored
Not sure which one is yours? Send us a photo of your prescription on WhatsApp and we'll tell you right away — along with everything you need to have at home.
The courses we give most
Your treatment has a name. We know it well.
These are the courses we administer most every week, in homes across the Community of Madrid — each with its own rhythm and its own care.
-
Vitamin B12
The monthly appointment of so many older people. Same nurse, same day of the month, and we remind you of the next one. It has a page of its own — NHS-style rhythms included.
See B12 injections → -
Heparin (Clexane)
The daily injection after surgery or during pregnancy. We rotate the sites as it should be done and keep an eye on the skin.
Daily · for a season -
Prolia and six-monthly
The ones that get forgotten precisely because they're so spaced out. We keep the date and write to you when it comes close.
Every 6 months -
Hormones and fertility
Daily doses at an exact time throughout your cycle. They have a page of their own, because they deserve care of their own.
See fertility (in Spanish) →
Has your doctor prescribed something else? If it comes as an injection with a prescription, we administer it. And if your treatment is heparin, our nurse wrote a guide to losing the fear of Clexane (in Spanish).

Frequently asked questions
Common questions about injections at home
And for your specific course, a photo of your prescription on WhatsApp solves everything.
Who provides the medication for the injection?
You do, with your prescription — that's the legal and safe way — and we bring everything else: syringes, needles, disinfection and the professional administration. If you have doubts about the prescription or how to store the medication, we explain it all before the visit.
Which injections do you give at home?
Any prescribed injectable medication: vitamins, antibiotics and corticosteroids, heparins such as Clexane, Prolia, and hormone and fertility treatments, among others. The route (intramuscular, subcutaneous or intravenous) is defined by your prescription.
My course lasts several weeks — will the same nurse always come?
Yes, whenever possible we assign one nurse to your course: she knows your case, your veins and your schedule, and the treatment becomes quiet routine instead of a visit from strangers. We also remind you of the next dose, so none slips by.
I'm afraid of injecting myself — is it odd to ask someone to come?
It's completely normal: a good share of our visits are people who would rather not self-inject, from post-surgery heparin to fertility treatments. Having a professional do it isn't an indulgence — it's doing it properly and without the distress.
How much does an injection at home cost in Madrid?
It depends on the route, the course and your area; we give you a fixed price before the visit, with travel and supplies included, and better rates for recurring courses. The WhatsApp consultation is free.
Can you come today, or on a Sunday at 8 in the morning?
Yes: we work 24/7 every day of the year, and daily courses — like heparin or fertility — don't take holidays. We agree the time slot with you and keep to it, day after day.
